Shipping Policy:

At Shujaa Kimonos, every order is treated with precision from the moment itʼs placed to the moment it leaves our hands. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your gear reaches you swiftly, safely, and ready for whatever battle lies ahead.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your items. Once your order has left our facility, youʼll receive an email with detailed tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

To ensure efficiency, each order is processed and shipped individually—weʼre unable to combine separate orders into a single package once theyʼve been placed.

If your address includes an apartment, suite, or unit number, please be sure to include it during checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

Free Shipping:
Orders valued at $130 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. You may also select expedited USPS or UPS service at checkout if you prefer faster delivery.

Free shipping promotions apply exclusively to U.S. domestic orders.

International Shipping

For our global warriors, we ship internationally through UPS and DHL, delivering to most countries around the world.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. To estimate your rate, simply add your desired items to the cart and enter your shipping address.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping Expectations

All shipping times are estimated and provided directly by the carrier. While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shujaa Kimonos is responsible for your order until it is safely handed over to the courier.
After that point, the package is under the carrierʼs control

For international shipments, tracking updates will be available through the DHL or UPS website once your order leaves the U.S.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, youʼll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link and carrier details.

If you havenʼt received this email within three business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team at support@shujaakimonos.com for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Every shipment is inspected and packed with care before it leaves our facility. However, once in transit, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Unfortunately, Shujaa cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages once theyʼve been accepted by the courier.
