At Shujaa Kimonos, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. If your order doesnʼt meet expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or receipt
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
To begin a return, please email our team at support@shujaakimonos.com. Youʼll receive a return authorization and instructions. All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must fully comply with the requirements detailed below—otherwise, they will be considered ineligible and returned to sender. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shujaakimonos.com with photos and your order number. Our team will evaluate the issue and rectify your order.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:
To ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend
placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund once approved.
This ensures availability and faster fulfillment.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, weʼll notify you of your refund
status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10
business days
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the
refund.
