Can I modify my order after itʼs placed?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid, it immediately enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. To adjust your style, color, size, or shipping address, youʼll need to cancel the order before it ships and place a new one.
Can multiple orders be combined for shipping?
To maintain fast, accurate fulfillment, weʼre unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed individually to ensure itʼs delivered without delay.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery
times depend on the selected courier and your location.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Processing times apply to in-stock items only. Site wide sales may extend
fulfillment by 1–2 weeks due to high order volume.
Where do you ship?
We ship our products across the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. and to most international destinations.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL (for international orders). All shipments will not require a signature confirmation, meaning your carrier will leave the package securely at your address.
How do I find my Gi size?
The right fit moves with you. To find the ideal size for your body please refer to our Kimono sizing chart.
How can I contact Shujaa?

I havenʼt received my order—what should I do?
If your order hasnʼt arrived within 30 days of fulfillment (or 60–90 days for international shipments), please contact us at support@shujaakimonos.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping on any refused, undeliverable, or misaddressed packages.
What if my order is incomplete or arrives damaged?
If any item is missing or damaged, reach out to support@shujaakimonos.com immediately. Please keep all original packaging intact—this helps us resolve your issue quickly and effectively.
Why might my order be placed on hold, modified, or canceled?
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including those appearing to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors. If your order is modified or canceled, weʼll contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Can I get a price adjustment if a sale starts after I order?
Once an order is confirmed and fulfilled, prices are final. Price adjustments for orders placed before a sale or promotion will not be recognized.

Archive, End-of-Year, or Holiday Sales) are final sale and not eligible for return or
